Shakti Mat Classes
modelled after the Indian bed of nails the mats have small spikes. Evenly distributing your body weight on the spikes has a similar result to acupressure.
In our classes we focus on breathing and meditation to help with the pain sensation that comes with the Shakti experience. We explore various ways to use the mats with expertise from long term Shakti users in the Samadhi team.
